Juliano Godoi usually uses one of our color presets and one bw preset within one photo set. This is exactly the same way I like to work. It gives nice consistency in whole set. Also the post-processing doesn’t distract a viewer from the plot. It is somewhat transparent and lets viewer enjoy your vision of the event. Keeping one preset within one event also helps to accent the mood that the preset gives for photos. This is also the reason why I like the presets to be more subtle and not so obtrusive. If you want edgy look for single shots, stronger presets might work well. For longer stories it is more natural and pleasant to view one event in subtle colors.
Our film lightroom presets in Analog Story Collection are made for creating vintage yet natural look. They are subtle creamy and have a little grain ( adjustable ). Vintage accents are subtle here, to still look well when the years will pass. This could be crucial when you work as a wedding photographer.

Vintage creative tones are popular right now, as they easily add nice flavor to the photo. However, just tweaking your contrast, desaturating image and adding some split toning might not satisfy you ( me too 😉 ). Then you have to dig deeper into Lightroom settings just to find the tone you will be happy with
I processed these photos with Love Letter preset from the recently updated Distinct Analog Collection for Lightroom 4/5 ( now for RAW & JPEG! ) These vintage lightroom presets can do wonders for you.

I love to shoot wedding sessions in the late afternoon, when the day starts to fade into warm sunset and then all the beautiful colors show up at the sky! These changes happen quickly, so they give great variety of light and colors.
To emphasize the warmth of light I processed these photos with Analog Dreamer preset from the recently updated Analog Story Collection for Lightroom 4 ( now for RAW & JPEG )

It’s been almost a year since we released our Lightroom 4 Collections.
For me it was a very productive year, working mainly with the weddings and on improving Delicious Presets for you.
I received a lot of positive feedback from you and it’s nice to hear our presets work great for you!
There were also a few constructive suggestions for how we can improve the Delicious Presets, so we put them all together with our concepts and made the 1.1 UPDATE to all Lightroom 4 Presets!

As I’ve done post-processing of all the weddings, I can now work at full blast to come out on improving and updating all our Lightroom 4 Presets Collections. As soon as the updates will be ready, they will be sent to all of you who bought the single collections or bundles!
I shot this session a month ago for the Zolline Jewellery. All the shots were taken with pure daylight and in bright interiors, so natural colors are what they fully deserve Our Delicious Colors will work great as fashion lightroom presets.
I processed all these photos with presets from the upcoming update for Delicious Colors for Lightroom 4. It will be very easy now to switch between each preset. I work also to refine our collections and group them better. The Delicious Colors Collection will be now even more focused on beautifully emphasizing natural colors.

We all love great sunlight on the summer weddings – it is so easy then to enhance the emotions with nice backlights and warm sunset. It also demands less efforts in post-production. Many available presets work well with easy conditions, but when you shot the last wedding in February, a ceremony took place in a dark church with artificial light only and it was already dark outside when the party began, you know it won’t be so easy to obtain beautiful colors in Lightroom.
I processed all these photos with one of the Delicious Colors Presets for Lightroom 4 – Creamy Portrait. I just tuned the very few basic settings ( Exposure, Highlights, Whites, Shadows, Black ) for each photo – so easy to fit the preset!

Finally snowy winter has come to Gdansk The snow falls from the sky and covers everything like a soft cotton wool.
Going to my workshop I took some pictures of details covered with snow. I processed them with one of the presets from the Distinct Analog Collection – Love Letter.
