Lightroom Presets For Low Light And High ISO Situations
Photography is all about light and with great light you can create astonishing photos. It is also not so hard to apply presets in Lightroom when photography was filled with awesome daylight. But how Delicious Presets handle low light situations?
In a wedding photographer work it is nice to have beautifully lit venues, but we often work in a very low-light situations requiring to go up with camera’s ISO. Thanks to the digital photography we have usable ISO 1600, ISO 3200 or even ISO 6400 and ISO 12800, so we are not obliged with using flash in our wedding documentary photography.
I chose 15 low-light photos from the wedding reception of Ola & Roman from the late September. After the first dance the couple asked me to take a session in the recording studio when Roman plays the drums with his colleagues. All the photos are ISO 1600, ISO 2000 and ISO 3200.
I processed all these photos with one of the Delicious Colors Presets for Lightroom 4/5 – Bright Portrait. I just tuned the very few basic settings ( Exposure, Highlights, Whites, Shadows, Black ) for each photo – so easy to fit the preset. (more…)

Capturing Autumn Colors – Rich Colors Lightroom 4 Preset
Right now at the end of October in Poland we have beautiful Autumn with falling leafs, warm sun and the grass still green 
Whole nature is so colorful now, that it’s a great pleasure to bring your camera on a family walk. On Sunday we went on a walk to our nearby Orunia Park in Gdansk to enjoy the autumn together with our two boys – Jasiu ( Johnny ) and Józio ( Joe )
I processed all these photos with one of the Delicious Colors Presets for Lightroom 4-5 – Rich Colors. I just tuned the very few basic settings ( Exposure, Highlights, Whites, Shadows, Black ) for each photo – so easy to fit the preset. Delicious Colors + BW Pepper bundle – Lightroom Presets samples from Photoexcite
Golf ( Noppasin Kanokkornkomol ) has recently bought our Delicious Lightroom 4 Presets Complete Collection Bundle. He asked me to show some processing on one of his photos in RAW format The photo he gave me was shot with Canon 5d mark II.
The photo itself is very nice, I just cropped it a little on top and bottom to help the composition. I used a few presets from Delicious Colors and three presets from B&W Pepper collection. With each preset I adjusted only the basic settings – Exposure, Highlights, Whites, Shadows, Blacks and Vibrance.

Iza & Sylvain – Castle Wedding – Vintage Lightroom Presets
Right now we have two different collections for RAW files in Lightroom 4-5: the gentle Analog Story Collection and more emphatic Distinct Analog Collection. If you are very expressive photographer and like to show your creativity also through post-processing, if you see the world in very vintage colors, then Distinct Analog collection is just for you.
Here I prepared a set of 28 photos from the beatiful wedding of Iza & Sylvain which took place at Gniew castle, Poland.

Iza & Sylvain – Engagement Session Lightroom 4 Presets
I like warm colors very much, especially in the soft light, which is great for portrait sessions! Shooting a whole session in the shadow makes it easy to obtain soft light for portraits and capture the scenes full of colors. The subtle, colorful edits came from one of our collections.

Strobist Engagement Shoot with Blue Vintage Lightroom 4 Preset
On the wedding and engagement shoots I often use off-camera flash techniques to add more drama and beauty to my pictures. Even the one tiny flash can do great work when combined with cloud-crowded sky. It is quite easy to overpower the ambient light when the whole sky is filled with clouds and we shoot in the evening

Iga & Rafał – Black&White Wedding Photojournalism – Lightroom Presets ( B&W Pepper for LR 4 )
Probably every modern photographer loves great Black&White photography. The same goes for me, however I like the delicious colors even more, so I use Black&White processing only in exceptional cases. I always wanted my BW photos to look the best they can and I looked for the best BW processing for a long, long time.
On the beginning I went through the basic LR processing, but it doesn’t quite satisfied me. Then I switched to Silver Effex, and found the results excellent! But the workflow for plugins in Lightroom is not integrated in LR itself enough. Then I went for the CaptureNX which is great for colors and good enough for BW, but when working on Delicious Presets I used all the LR power, I found it the greatest tool for Black&Whites!
I processed all these photos with one of the Black & White Pepper Presets for Lightroom 4 – Smooth Shadow. I just tuned the basic settings ( Exposure, Highlights, Whites, Shadows, Blacks ) for each photo – so easy to fit the preset.

Wedding Session With Evening Light – Creamy Lightroom Presets
I love to shoot wedding sessions in the evening, when the sun is low enough to add nice warm color and mood. To emphasize the softness and warmth you can add one of the creamy lightroom presets. The pastel colors works great with such a light.
